Rabbi Dikla Druckman-Sherzer has been the Rabbi of Congregation Magen Avraham in Omer since October 2017 and is a member of the Interfaith Initiative in the Negev.
She specializes in spiritual guidance. Dikla completed a bachelor's degree in psychology and Israel studies at Ben-Gurion University in Beer-Sheva and a master's degree in Jewish studies at Schechter Institute of Jewish Studies.
She was ordained by the Schechter Rabbinical Seminary of the Masorti/Conservative movement in 2016 and wrote her final thesis on "The Treatment of Jewish law and Legend (Aggada) to people with disabilities".
Dikla has been a teacher in the Masorti movement's B’nai Mitzvah program for children with disabilities. She specializes in music, prayer and Piyut.
